noisy~~~

People live near my home has worked on their house for several months.They make a lot of noise every day, and now I just can't stand it......
In my home, my mother keeps talking on the phone one after one, and her loudvoice also makes me crasy!Every day I am surrounded by a lot of noise, and I don't know when it canbecome a little quieter.
Am I too sensitive?? but it really annoys me very much!!I don't know what to do......Maybe I should close the door and all the windows and switch on theair conditioner.
Maybe I should go to library...... but I am too tired to go anywhere......
